1 General Terms & Conditions

7bot (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an online Sports Betting service operated for users in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User") and 7bot.

By creating an account on 7bot, logging in, or using any of our services, you are deemed to have automatically accepted these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.

2 Account Registration & Management

To use 7bot's services, you must create a personal account. All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date.

2.1 Registration Requirements

• Each individual may register only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• You must provide your correct name, phone number, and national ID information at registration.
• 7bot may request additional documents at any time for identity verification purposes.
• If any of your registration details change, please notify our support team immediately.

2.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your username and password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with any third party. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact 7bot Support immediately. You are liable for all activity carried out under your account.

2.3 KYC Verification

7bot complies with international anti-money laundering regulations. As a result, KYC (Know Your Customer) verification may be required before withdrawals or transactions above certain thresholds. 7bot reserves the right to place a hold on transactions if the required documents are not provided.

3 Betting Rules

Before placing a bet on 7bot, make sure you're familiar with the rules below. They apply equally to all users.

3.1 Bet Acceptance

• A bet is not considered confirmed until you receive a confirmation message after placing it.
• 7bot reserves the right to void any bet accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• A maximum bet limit applies per event and is subject to change.
• Odds in live betting are subject to change. All bets will be settled at the final accepted odds.

3.2 Bet Cancellation

A bet may be voided or declared null under the following circumstances:

• If a match or event is cancelled or suspended.
• When odds are determined on the basis of incorrect or incomplete information.
• When odds are published due to an obvious typographical error.
• If evidence of match fixing is found.

3.3 Bet Settlement

Bets are typically settled within 24 hours after a match or event concludes. In the event of a disputed result, 7bot follows the official announcement of the relevant authority.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits and withdrawals on 7bot follow clear, straightforward rules. We are committed to ensuring the fastest and most secure payment experience possible.

4.1 Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500.
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account within 5 minutes.
• Deposits from third-party bank accounts or mobile numbers are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a registered payment account.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–5 business days.
• Withdrawals may be put on hold if KYC verification has not been completed.
• Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirements have been met.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

7bot regularly offers a range of bonuses and promotional deals. Each offer comes with specific terms that must be followed.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

• The welcome bonus is available to new users only and applies once to the first deposit.
• To withdraw bonus funds, you must meet the specified wagering requirements (typically 10–30x).
• Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days. Any unused bonus balance will expire at the end of this period.
• Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts or the same IP address may result in all associated accounts being suspended.

5.2 VIP Program

Points can be earned through regular betting in the 7bot VIP Program. VIP points can be converted into cashback, special bonuses, and exclusive offers. 7bot reserves the right to modify VIP tier rules at any time.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 7bot platform. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of balance:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Bonus abuse or bonus arbitrage strategies.
• Participating in or facilitating match fixing or manipulation.
• Money laundering or transacting with funds from illegal sources.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Coercing, threatening, or deceiving other users to influence their actions.
• Creating an account using a false identity or fraudulent documents.
• Using automated bots or software to place bets.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

7bot reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is violated.
• If fraud or suspicious activity is suspected.
• As directed by the relevant regulatory authority.
• When an investigation is required for security purposes.

Users may also close their account at any time by contacting the support team. Any valid balance can be withdrawn before the account is closed.

8 Limitation of Liability

7bot is not liable for the following:

• If a bet is missed due to a lost internet connection or a technical fault.
• Delays or failures caused by third-party payment gateways.
• Issues caused by the user's own device or network.
• For losses resulting from unauthorised third-party access to your account.

In any dispute, 7bot's maximum liability is limited to the value of the transaction in question.

10 Dispute Resolution

For any dispute or complaint, please contact our customer support team first. The support team will endeavour to resolve the issue within 48 hours.

• Any dispute regarding a bet outcome must be raised within 72 hours of the match ending.
• Payment disputes must be raised within 14 days of the transaction.
• If an issue cannot be resolved through support, third-party mediation may be sought.

11 Changes to Terms & Conditions

7bot reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes, users will be notified in advance via their registered email or SMS. Continued use of the platform after any changes are made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
